报告摘要：This talk presents our recent work on spherical surfaces with conical singularities, a world parallel to hyperbolic surfaces. We focus on a special subclass called dihedral surfaces whose monodromy groups behave well, and are interested in their moduli space with prescribed cone angles. By utilizing measured foliations, we obtain a picture of their geometric decomposition and deformation. As an application, we give the moduli space a polyhedron-like structure and compute its dimension. This is a joint work with Bin Xu.

报告人介绍：陆斯成博士，毕业于复旦大学，现为中国科学技术大学几何与物理中心的博士后。主要研究方向为几何拓扑与泰希米勒理论，特别是黎曼曲面上的几何结构与几何形变；热衷于使用美观达意的图示传递数学想法。
