On September 16, 2017-17, institution of taxation law under China law society, 2017, the annual meeting and the 27th cross-strait conference on finance and tax law under China law society, (including legislative expert consultation) was held in Nanchang of Jiangxi province. The annual meeting has held a heated discussion on the hot issues of the fiscal and taxation fields such as the responsibility for the right and expenditure, personal income tax and real estate tax. The finance and tax law team of south China university of technology was invited to attend the annual meeting.

Professor Zhang fuqiang was elected vice President of the finance and taxation law society of China law society and presided over the third BBS first unit. In the second unit of BBS, associate professor Liu hanxia made a wonderful speech entitled the essence of China's real estate tax and its legislative essentials.
