Program Overview
This program focuses on the cultivation of comprehensive quality and innovative practical ability as well as multi-level international joint program. Through educational and industrial integration, it explores the cultivation of microelectronics talents urgently needed by the industry with the ability of international cooperation and competitiveness. This program is a national characteristic major.
The program's research interests for Master level are in integrated circuit engineering, and the doctoral research interests are in electrical engineering.

Student Outcomes
Graduates of Electronic Information will apply mathematical and engineering principles to solve complex technical problems, and design innovative devices and systems while considering societal, environmental, and ethical impacts. They will employ research methodologies and modern tools to analyze data, simulate solutions, and understand technical limitations. With professional ethics and sustainability awareness, graduates will evaluate engineering solutions' economic and social consequences. Effective in both individual and team settings, they will integrate management principles and economic strategies in multidisciplinary environments to develop practical, responsible solutions for real-world challenges in microelectronics.
Entry Requirements
Master Programs: Applicants must be non-Chinese citizens and be under the age of 35.
Ph.D Programs: Applicants must be non-Chinese citizens and be under the age of 40.
