Student Outcomes

Graduates will demonstrate the ability to apply mathematics, science, and engineering principles to solve complex integrated circuit (IC) problems, including abstraction, modeling, analysis, and design while understanding system-level concepts and solution limitations. They can identify, formulate, and analyze IC engineering challenges through requirement specification, abstract modeling, and literature review to derive effective conclusions.  Graduates evaluate engineering impacts on society, sustainability, and ethics, adhering to professional standards. They function effectively in multidisciplinary teams, demonstrating leadership and collaboration. Clear communication, including technical reporting and intercultural exchange, is emphasized. Understanding engineering management and economic decision-making prepares them for project leadership. Lastly, they commit to lifelong learning, adapting to technological and societal changes through continuous self-improvement.

  • Applicants must be non-Chinese citizens and be under the age of 35.

Tuition Fee

  • Master Program: 32,000 CNY/year

  • Guangdong Provincial Government Scholarship (New Students): June 30
