International students Lee Yi Jane and Abdul Rahaman from School of Food Science and Engineering have won praise in the 15th Anniversary Ceremony of School of International Education held on 19th December 2019.
Lee Yi Jane, from Malaysia, has got the Outstanding Class Leader Award of 2019, whom is one of the first batch student from Master of Food Science and Engineering International Student Program 2019, also serve as the class leader. In addition to completing the coursework, she also actively supported the classmates that consist of 14 students from different countries. She also received the unanimous praise from the teachers and students.
Abdul Rahaman, from India, a PhD student in School of Food Science and Engineering, under the supervision of Professor Zeng Xin-An, has got the Academic Excellence Award of 2019. As he has published his research articles in Q1 journal with one of his research article impact factor 7.27. He was also invited as a speaker in 2nd China PhD forum in Nanjing, China.
