In order to implement the General Secretary Xi Jinping's emphasis on the fundamental task of moral education and the concept of education for the people in the teachers' forum of the ideological and political theory course of the University, to enhance the comprehensive quality and ability of school counselors and improve the overall service level of the student work team of the school, Li Jia, deputy secretary of the Party committee of the School of Mechanical and Automotive Engineering, gave a lecture on improving the working ability of counselors in B4-202 on January 11th, 2022. Wu Honghui, deputy secretary of the Party committee of the School of Environment and Energy, counselors Liu Bowen and Tang Chaoyang attended the meeting.

Based on the main contents of counselors' work, deputy secretary Li Jia shared the effective ways to improve counselors' quality and ability, efficient methods to communicate well with students, publicity and organization experience of brand activities, etc. with the help of typical cases, he vividly answered questions to the counselors. Through this activity, all counselors of the school said they had benefited a lot.
