Based on the concept of circular economy, to promote the development of ecological civilization of Zhongshan city, resolve the currently defective disposal ability of hazardous wastes, meet the requirements of more stringent managements, and the long-term realization of systematical management of the whole process to meet the needs of social and economic development, after fully investigating the domestic present situation and adequately drawing the advanced applicable experience of home and abroad, our institute proposed the planning scheme from the perspectives of the construction of hazardous waste treatment and disposal facilities, and the whole process management system.
