Curriculum Vitae :

  • Prof. Yan Keyou is a doctoral supervisor and a member of the "Xinghua Elite Scholars" of South China University of Technology. He got a Ph. D. from the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology (HKUST), and held postdoctoral research positions at HKUST, the Chinese University of Hong Kong (CUHK) and the Hong Kong Polytechnic University (PolyU). Afterwards, he had an assistant professorship at CUHK. Professor Yan has been engaged in the research of new photovoltaic materials and devices and has published more than 60 academic papers in international journals, including Journal of the American Chemistry Society (JACS), Nature Communications, ACS Nano, Energy & Environmental Science, etc., with more than 4,000 citations, among which 8 papers have been selected as highly cited papers in ESI, and the results have been highlighted and reviewed in academic media. He has been invited to give keynote and presentations at international academic conferences, such as the AFM conference at UCLA. He is also a reviewer for authoritative journals such as JACS and Nature Communications and is a young expert in the field of nanomaterials and new energy. Professor Yan is a member of the American Chemical Society (ACS), the American Materials Society (MRS), and the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE). He has presided over more than ten million CNY of national regional talent projects, and as a member of the Ministry of Education, he won the second prize of natural science.
