In this talk, Prof. Ruslan Smelyanskiy will first talk about Moscow State University and Computational Mathematica and Cybernetics Faculty: Past, Present and Future. And then, he will introduce the research strength of his Applied Research Center for Computer Networks (ARCCN), which conducts researches in the area of computer networks and internet technologies in Russia, developement of the most breakthrough computer networks technologies of the new generation.

报告人简介：

Ruslan Smelyanskiy教授于1990年获得物理和数学博士学位，1994年晋升为教授，2001年当选俄罗斯科自然科学院院士，2002年评为俄罗斯联邦荣誉科学家，2010年评为莫斯科国立大学荣誉教授，2011年评为俄罗斯科学院通讯院士。现在是ACM，IEEE，IEEE CS协会成员，ARCCN首席执行官。这些年来，Ruslan Smelyanskiy教授培养了超过20名博士，发表了超过250篇学术论文，是国际知名的计算机科学家，在国际学术界和工业界具有广泛的影响力。

莫斯科国立大学 ARCCN 研究中心简介：

莫斯科国立大学，它成立于1755年。根据2016年泰晤士高等教育世界大学排名，该大学在俄罗斯大学中排名第一，在中国仅次于北京大学和清华大学。

ARCCN是俄罗斯第一家发展下一代计算机网络技术和产品的研究中心，自2012 年起成为了Skolkovo 基金会的成员。ARCCN 在当前俄罗斯的计算机网络领域具有卓越的研究水平和领导性的学术地位，是俄罗斯唯一的SDN 技术中心，俄罗斯SDN 研究的领导者。
