个人简介：刘骁，副教授，建筑学高级工程师，硕士生导师，华南理工大学博士后（合作导师：何镜堂院士）、工学博士、建筑学学士，香港大学访问博士后研究员，深圳市绿色建筑协会专家委员会委员，德国DGNB绿色建筑评价咨询师，美国健康建筑WELL认证工程师，入选2020年度“广东省青年优秀人才国际培养计划博士后项目”。在何镜堂院士工作室从事多年大型公共建筑设计和校园规划的科研工作与设计实践，积极倡导绿色建筑、智慧建筑、健康建筑关键技术的协同耦合与集成示范。主持国家自然科学基金青年科学基金项目、广东省自然科学基金面上项目、中国博士后科学基金等1项国家级和5项省部级科研项目，参与完成“十三五”国家重点研发计划重点专项、广东省重大科技专项计划项目等多个重要项目。在SCI/SSCI期刊、建筑科学领域高质量科技期刊等发表了30余篇学术论文，2篇论文2022年入选中国知网学术精要高被引、高下载及高PCSI论文。担任中国建筑节能协会团体标准《高等学校校园碳排放核算指南》编写组成员；担任《建筑设计资料集（第三版）》第四分册办公室成员，负责统筹该分册的“教科建筑”专题，负责编写图纸部分制图标准和“高等院校”章节；参编《校园规划建筑》一书。作为专题编辑负责六大SCI期刊“可持续社区和十五分钟城市研究前沿”专题组稿，担任《Sustainable Cities and Society》等国内外高水平学术期刊的审稿人。荣获教育部2021年度优秀勘察设计建筑设计“一等奖”和绿色建筑“一等奖”；教育部2019年度优秀工程勘察设计规划设计“一等奖”；2022年全国第五届全生命周期碳中和创新大赛“二等奖”等多个重要奖项。

Profile: Xiao Liu, Associate Professor, Senior Engineer of Architecture, Postdoctoral Fellow (Supervisor: Academician Jingtang He) in the South China University of Technology, Doctor of Engineering and Bachelor of Architecture, Visiting Postdoctoral Research Assistant of University of Hong Kong, Expert Committee Member of Shenzhen Green Building Association, DGNB Consultant, WELL AP, was honorably selected for the 2020 "Postdoctoral Program of the Guangdong Young Excellent Talents International Study Program". For many years, he has been engaged in scientific research and design practice of large-scale public building design and campus planning, and has been actively advocating the synergistic coupling and integration demonstration of key technologies of green building, intelligent building and healthy building. He led one national and five provincial level research projects, including the National Natural Science Foundation of China, Guangdong Basic and Applied Basic Research Foundation, and China Postdoctoral Science Foundation, and participated in many important projects such as the National Key R&D Program of China and Guangdong Provincial Key R&D Programme. He published over 30 papers in academic journals such as SCI/SSCI and high-quality scientific journals in building science, and two papers have been selected as highly cited, highly downloaded and highly PCSI papers in CNKI in 2022. He is a editorial board member of the standard of China Association of Building Energy Efficiency (CABEE) "Guidelines for accounting of carbon emissions of university campuses"; a editorial board member of the fourth volume of "Architectural Design Handbook (Third Edition)", responsible for the coordination of the topic "Teaching and research buildings" in this volume, and for the drafting standards of the drawing section and the chapter "Higher Education Institutions". He also participated in the compilation of the book "Campus Planning and Architecture". As a Topic Editor, he is in charge of the topic "Advances in Sustainable Communities, Neighborhoods and 15-Minute Cities-Theory, Methods and Techniques" in six SCI journals, and is a reviewer for Sustainable Cities and Society and other high-impact academic journals at home and abroad. He was awarded the First Prize of Excellent Architectural Design and Green Building in 2021 by the Ministry of Education, the First Prize of Excellent Planning and Design in 2019 by the Ministry of Education, the Second Prize of the 5th National Life-Cycle Carbon Neutral Innovation Competition in 2022, and many other important prizes.
