日前,学校公布2020年度高级专业技术职务评审通过人员名单,分子科学与工程学院吕佳、杜柱康两位博士后获得博士后副研究员资格。学院和研究院一直着力建设高水平博士后队伍,鼓励博士后积极参与项目申报,并为博士后职业规划提供建议和帮助。
吕佳,女,理学博士,主要从事“功能高分子生物大分子载体材料”领域相关研究。包括新型蛋白质胞内递送载体的设计、构效关系研究以及转化应用等。2009年9月进入西北农林科技大学植物保护学院制药工程专业,攻读学士学位。2013年9月进入华东师范大学生命科学学院生物化学与分子生物学专业,期间获得2014年全国高分子材料科学与工程研讨会 “优秀墙报奖”,“研究生国家奖学金”,“华东师范大学优秀学生”,于2018 年6月获得理学博士学位。2018 年11月进入华南理工大学分子科学与工程学院(华南软物质科学与技术高等研究院)从事博士后研究工作。至今已在Chemical Society Reviews, Nano Letters, Biomaterials, Journal of Controlled Release, Science China Materials等国际权威学术期刊发表SCI科研论文16篇(第一作者10篇,通讯作者1篇),国家发明专利4项(授权2项)。目前主持国家自然科学基金青年基金1项,中国博士后科学基金面上项目1项。
研究领域:
针对蛋白质胞内递送的难点问题,采用增强蛋白质与高分子载体结合的新思路,实现了多种活性蛋白质的高效胞内递送,主要研究工作包括如下3个方面:
发展了一类基于胍基的聚合物载体用于蛋白质胞内递送。利用胍基与蛋白质表面羧基之间的盐桥、氢键等相互作用制备高分子与蛋白质的复合物,发现了苯环与胍基之间的Cation-π相互作用对于稳定复合物至关重要(Nano Lett., 2017, 17, 1678-1684; J. Control. Release, 2020, 320, 412-420; Bioconjugate Chem., 2019, 30, 413-417.)
将氟化修饰的高分子用于蛋白质胞内递送。利用含氟高分子优异的自组装和跨膜性能,成功将蛋白质递送到细胞的胞浆内,并维持其生物学功能(Biomaterials, 2018, 182, 167-175.)。含氟高分子载体被成功用于个性化肿瘤疫苗载体,在多种肿瘤模型中获得好的治疗效果(Nat. Nanotechnol., 2020, 15, 1043-1052)。
发展了一类苯硼酸修饰的高分子载体用于小肽、蛋白质的胞内递送,成功将不同性质的小肽以及蛋白质递送至肿瘤细胞或组织内,在体内也获得了好的治疗效果(Nano Lett., 2020, 20, 8600-8607; Sci. China Mater., 2020, 63, 620-628)。

杜柱康,男,工学博士,主要从事“软物质流变学”领域的相关研究,包括:分子的设计与合成、材料的制备、流变性能的研究及其潜在应用等。2010年9月进入华南理工大学材料科学与工程学院就读,获学士学位;2014年9月进入到华南理工大学材料科学与工程学院就读,获工学博士学位,专业是材料学,期间获得“博士生国家奖学金”和“华南理工大学优秀博士生创新基金“和2017年ICMTA国际会议“优秀墙报奖”;2018年8月进入到华南理工大学分子科学与工程学院(华南软物质科学与技术高等研究院)从事博士后研究工作。至今已在ACS Macro Letters, Macromolecules, Journal of Rheology等国际权威学术期刊发表SCI科研论文14篇(一作和通讯10篇),授权国家发明专利4项;目前主持国家自然科学基金青年基金、中国博士后科学基金特别资助项目、中国博士后科学基金面上资助项目和江门市创新实践博士后项目。
