In accordance with the relevant work notice of the university and the specific requirements outlined in the College Graduate Scholarship Evaluation Guidelines, the selection process was conducted through the following steps: self-application by students, preliminary review by the class evaluation panel, comprehensive deliberation and thorough discussion by the College Evaluation Committee (College Evaluation Panel), and a public announcement as per the prescribed procedures. The list of recipients for the 2025 BYD Scholarship (with an amount equivalent to the National Scholarship for Master's Students) is hereby confirmed as follows:
