Dr. Youlin Huang, Ph. D., associate professor, doctoral supervisor, and associate editor of Sustainable Future, Department of Tourism Management, South China University of Technology.
His research direction is innovative technology marketing, and his main research interests are tourism and social media, travel preferences, AI related privacy and ethical issues. In recent years, its first author or corresponding author has worked in SSCI Zone 1, ABS four-star and three-star well-known international journals, such as Tourism Management, Technological Forecasting & Social Change, Psychology & Marketing, Decision Support Systems, Transportation Research Part D: Transport and Environment, Transportation Research Part A: Policy and Practice Published over ten papers, including one highly cited ESI paper. At present, he is in charge of a youth project of the National Natural Science Foundation of China.
Dr. Youlin Huang is an Associate Professor at Department of Tourism Management, South China University of Technology, and an Associate Editor of Sustainable Futures. His main research interests are social media tourism behavior, mobility preferences, and privacy and ethics issues related to AI applications. His research, including one ESI highly cited paper, has been published in internationally referred journals benchmarked on ABS3/ABDC-A and above. Dr. Huang’s research has been funded by the National Natural Science Foundation of China (NSFC).
Successful candidates of postgraduate research with Dr. Huang should demonstrate a strong interest and commitment to consumer, marketing, and behavior research with a proven record of excellent English language skill. Preferences will be given to candidates with high-ranking international journal publication or a strong pipeline of promising research in focal area.
