Knowledgeable and Colorful | The 2022 Chain Operation Management Case Analysis Contest was successfully held

At 14:00 on November 29, 2022, the Tourism Management Department's 2022 chain operation management case analysis contest View chain operation and expand learning horizon was successfully held simultaneously at Tencent conference and Bilibili pop-up video website. Professor Li Muchun, Gao Kechang and Li Jiefang from the Tourism Management Department served as the judges of this competition.


In 2020, the contestants of tourism management major will start from KKV Seven different enterprises, Starbucks, Huang Zhenlong, Xicha, Haobazaar, Helens and Ruixing Coffee, conducted field research and took videos in the spirit of truth seeking and exploration. Through on-site display, they introduced the operation modes of each enterprise from simple to deep, and made analysis and suggestions on its future development trend based on data analysis. The team focused on the current situation of enterprise operation, and through the feasibility analysis of enterprise operation, it showed the situation and development direction of the enterprise in the market segment, so that the online and offline audience gained a lot.  




After the presentation, the three judges and teachers scored and commented on each team from the standards of content, creativity and skill. Mr. Gao Kechang affirmed the results of students' field research and slide show, and pointed out that this competition played a positive role in students' in-depth study and mastery of professional knowledge; Teacher Li Jiefang made a detailed comment on each team, digging out the highlights and improvements of each team; Professor Li Muchun reviewed the important knowledge of chain operation management course in combination with the learning objectives of the course, and summarized the method of field research through this competition, which effectively deepened the understanding of tourism management majors on the development situation of enterprises. Each group combined professional knowledge to analyze the development path of the enterprise, showing the good demeanor of the students of Tourism Management Department.  


Finally, the results of the chain operation management case analysis contest were announced by the host in a tense atmosphere. The group name of the second group with Starbucks as the theme won the first prize, Huang Zhenlong won the second prize for the pop pop pop pop pop pop pop pop pop pop pop pop pop pop pop pop pop pop pop pop pop pop pop pop pop pop pop pop pop pop pop pop pop pop pop pop pop pop pop pop pop pop pop pop pop pop pop pop pop pop pop pop pop pop pop pop pop pop pop pop pop pop pop pop pop pop pop pop pop pop pop pop pop pop pop pop pop pop pop pop pop pop pop pop KKV's tail protection group with the theme of exhibition, Halens's kelp tribe group with the theme of exhibition, and Lucky Lucky Group with the theme of Ruixing Coffee won the third prize.


In this chain operation case analysis contest, students majoring in tourism management, on the basis of field investigation, used video clips, slide reports and new media to apply classroom knowledge to actual case analysis, put what they learned into practice, and further consolidated their professional theoretical learning.
