From December 13 to 14, 2025, the 2025 Academic Annual Conference of Shandong Comparative Management Research Association was successfully held in Zibo, Shandong Province. The conference was hosted by Shandong Comparative Management Research Association and Shandong University of Technology, and co-organized by the School of Management, Shandong University of Technology, the Innovation Team of Industrial Organization and Enterprise Growth for High-Quality Development of Shandong University, and the Collaborative Innovation Center for Data Intelligence and Low-Carbon Governance in the Yellow River Basin. With the theme of Artificial Intelligence Empowering Management Innovation: Paradigm Reconstruction and Governance, the conference attracted more than 200 participants, including deans and scholars from over 50 universities such as Shandong University, Ocean University of China, Harbin Institute of Technology, South China University of Technology and Shandong University of Science and Technology, heads of major journals and entrepreneurs. The opening ceremony was presided over by Sun Xiumei, Dean of the School of Management, Shandong University of Technology, with speeches delivered by Professor Chen Shengwei, Vice President of Shandong University of Technology, and Professor Yang Huixin, Distinguished Professor of Shandong University and President of Shandong Comparative Management Research Association.
The annual conference consisted of three sessions: keynote speeches, Journal Face-to-Face and parallel forums. Liu Zhihui, a 2023 PhD candidate from South China University of Technology, was invited to attend the conference and deliver a report at the parallel forum. Liu Zhihui shared a report entitled Turning 'Negative Energy' into 'Empowerment': A Study on the Impact of Artificial Intelligence Application on the Construction of Industrial Worker Team. Focusing on the in-depth application of artificial intelligence technology in traditional industries such as manufacturing, this study empirically analyzes the impact and internal mechanism of AI technology on the construction of industrial worker teams, and further puts forward relevant policy suggestions to optimize the skill training system of industrial workers and promote the transformation and upgrading of industrial worker teams.
The successful holding of this academic exchange activity not only provided a platform for experts, scholars and college students to display research achievements and conduct academic exchanges, but also helped broaden horizons and inspire academic insights, injecting new vitality into promoting the in-depth development of management research in the artificial intelligence era.
