On June 7, 2023, Researcher Gao Jianping, deputy editor of the journal Science and Technology Progress and Policy, came to the School of Public Administration to give a lecture entitled “How to produce high-quality academic papers?” The lecture was presided over by Vice President Yu Dengke. More than 20 graduate students participated the lecture.

The lecture included four aspects: journal development trends and review process, types of academic papers, dimensions and standards for the quality judgment of academic papers, and structure and requirements of academic papers. Researcher Gao Jianping detailed the demand preferences and quality requirements of the journal for academic research results. The lecture provided enlightening suggestions for teachers and students to write good academic papers and improve their academic research ability.
