On December 8^th, 2021, the 94th SPA Academic Workshop was successfully held on Tencent online conference platform.This workshop was delivered by Professor Lv Xin, vice Dean of the  School of Law of Zhejiang University of Technology, with the theme of “How the third distribution Mechanism Contributes to Common Prosperity”.

The Report of the Fourth Plenary Session of the 19^th CPC Central Committee pointed out that philanthropy is the "the third distribution" of social wealth. In this regard, Professor Lv Xin discussed three issues: first, how to understand "thethird distribution". Second, the value of "the third distribution" in common prosperity. Third, the operation mechanism and practice of the "the third distribution".Professor Lv explained “the third distribution” from three perspectives: historical development, development sequence and resource allocation.

In the Q&A session, Professor Lv Xin patiently answered students' questions.The forum used the current event to discuss the related issues of "the third distribution", which inspired students to broaden their academic horizon.
