U.S. International Education Association and University of Pennsylvania visited SCUT

A delegation from U.S. International Education Association (USIEA) and University of Pennsylvania, paid a visit to SCUT on November 29, and held a meeting with Professor Qiu Xueqing, Vice President of SCUT, to discuss details of further cooperation.

Qiu Xueqing expressed warm welcome to the guests and thanked for the high-quality programs and services that USIEA provided for SCUT students. By further elaborating the theory and achievements of innovation and entrepreneurship education, Qiu Xueqing summarized that SCUT is expected to strengthen the cooperation with USIEA, for providing students with better overseas learning opportunities, and more importantly, strengthening the international research practice of higher education.

Dai Yong, Executive Director of USIEA said in the meeting that USIEA values SCUT as a vital partner, and he looked forward to develop and perfect student overseas programs and promote the cooperation of high-quality projects.

After the meeting, heads of School of Public Administration took deep discussion in related to cooperation in the field of public administration with Amy Nichols, Director of Implementation, Assessment and International Initiatives, College of Liberal and Professional Studies, University of Pennsylvania.
