From 13rd to 20th, June, 2018, Professor SUN Rongjun from Cleveland State University visited the Department of Social Security, School of Public Administration, SCUT. Five Serious lectures about research methodology of social science and the most recent aging research were shared by Prof. SUN Rongjun during his visit. Postgraduate students majored in social security and other faculty members from SPA-SCUT attended the lecture.

Aging population has become one of key issues for contemporary practice and research of social security in China. Prof. Sun Rongjun is one of world leading scholars in the research area of links between demography, health and social security. The purpose of this lecture series is to help students to better understand the subject forefront information and strengthen the skills for academic thesis writing.
