On May 31, the opening ceremony of the training seminar for high officials of Xuwen County was held at SPA-SCUT. The Vice-Secretary of SCUT CCP Committee Prof. ZHANG Zhengang, the Magistrate of Xuwen County Mr. LIN Haiwu, the Vice-Secretary of Xuwen CCP Committee Mr. WANG Sheng, and the chiefs of SPA-SCUT presented at the opening ceremony.
The dean of school Prof. WU Kechang firstly introduced the current situation of education & research and social service of SPA-SCUT, and then expressed the hope that both parts can make joint effort to attain all-scale collaboration. As the representative of trainee part, the Magistrate of Xuwen County Mr. Lin Haiwu forwarded his sincere gratitude for SCUT’s attempt for supporting and propelling the development of Xuwen with its unique intelligence resources; in addition, by quoting an old saying cited from ancient chinese masterpiece <Xunzi>, Mr Lin also emphasized the significance of this training, and required all the trainees to preserve in study and stay diligent in training.
