In the 2025 China Formula Student Series, two teams from the School of Mechanical and Automotive Engineering, South China University of Technology delivered remarkable performances. The Electric Formula Team (E34) secured fourth place overall and the National First Prize in the China Formula Student Electric Championship (FSEC), additionally winning third place in Endurance Performance and second prize in MATLAB/Simulink Modeling & Simulation Award. The Autonomous Formula Team (A03) also claimed fourth place overall and the National First Prize in the China Formula Student Autonomous Championship (FSAC), earning second place in High-Speed Trajectory Tracking and second place in Vehicle Design. Both teams demonstrated exceptional engineering capabilities and innovative spirit, showcasing the school's strength in automotive engineering education and talent cultivation.
