Recommended Hotels for Symposium Participants

The organizing committee has selected the following hotels for participants attending the OLED/OPV 40th Anniversary International Symposium. The recommended hotels are located near the South China University of Technology (SCUT) Wushan Campus and provide convenient access to the symposium venue, Qingqing Wenli Building.

Accommodation Arrangement Policy:

For Invited Speakers and Distinguished Guests: The symposium organizing committee will arrange accommodation for invited speakers and designated guests. The assigned hotel information and reservation details will be provided individually by the conference secretariat. If invited guests prefer to stay at another hotel or make their own accommodation arrangements, please inform the conference organizers in advance.

For Other Participants: Participants who are not included in the accommodation arrangement list are responsible for arranging their own accommodation. They may choose from the recommended hotels below or make reservations through other hotel booking platforms. Please note that room availability at some recommended hotels is limited, and early booking is encouraged.

The Westin Guangzhou is an internationally recognized five-star hotel located in the heart of Guangzhou’s Tianhe District. The hotel provides high-quality accommodation and comprehensive facilities, making it an ideal choice for invited speakers, international guests, and participants seeking premium services. The hotel is conveniently located near Guangzhou East Railway Station and major commercial areas in Tianhe District.

Reservation Information

A limited number of rooms will be reserved by the organizing committee for invited speakers and designated guests. Participants who wish to stay at The Westin Guangzhou but are not included in the official accommodation arrangement may make reservations independently through the hotel website or booking platforms, subject to room availability.

Honder International Hotel is a business-oriented hotel located in Tianhe District, Guangzhou. It provides convenient accommodation options for conference participants and offers easy access to SCUT Wushan Campus and surrounding transportation facilities.

Reservation Information

Participants may reserve rooms directly through the hotel or other booking platforms. The organizing committee may provide assistance for invited speakers and designated guests according to the accommodation arrangement plan.

★ Option 3: Xihuyuan Guesthouse (On-Campus Accommodation at SCUT)

Located inside the Wushan Campus of South China University of Technology, Xihuyuan Guesthouse is the most convenient accommodation option for symposium participants. As a university-operated three-star guesthouse, Xihuyuan provides a comfortable and quiet environment within walking distance of the symposium venue. The guesthouse is located beside the campus West Lake and offers approximately 98 guest rooms, including standard rooms, deluxe rooms, and business suites.

Room Availability

Due to the limited number of rooms available at Xihuyuan Guesthouse, accommodation is subject to availability. Participants who wish to stay at Xihuyuan Guesthouse are encouraged to make reservations as early as possible. Priority will be given to invited speakers and designated guests arranged by the conference organizers.
