报告摘要:

近年来,量子科技已成为国际前沿研究和科技竞争的重要战略方向,并正在从基础科学问题研究加速走向关键核心技术突破与多领域应用。本报告将围绕“量子科技前沿进展”这一主题,系统介绍量子物理从早期理论建立到现代量子科技快速发展的基本脉络,重点讨论量子传感、量子通信/密码、量子安全时频传递、量子计算与量子模拟等方向的核心原理、关键技术及应用进展。报告将结合团队近年来在无磁屏蔽环境下高灵敏度量子磁探测、量子精密测量、商用光纤链路高精度时频传递、量子密钥分发与量子随机数等方面的代表性研究成果,介绍量子技术如何在信息获取、信息安全维护与信息处理等层面发挥重要作用。进一步地,报告还将结合生物医疗、地质勘探、工程探查、考古探测、导航授时与安全通信等应用场景,讨论量子技术从“可测量、可传输、可计算”走向“可感知、可融合、可赋能”的发展趋势,并展望量子网络及“量子+”交叉融合背景下未来若干值得关注的发展方向。

报告人简介:

郭弘教授,现为北京大学博雅特聘教授,国家杰出青年科学基金获得者,量子传感与精密测量北京市重点实验室主任、量子信息技术研究中心主任,量子电子学研究所所长,国家计划量子信息技术首席科学家,国家基金重点项目、国防重大项目负责人/首席科学家,国务院特殊津贴获得者,曾获首批“新世纪百千万人才工程”、“全国优秀博士后”、“茅以升北京青年科技奖”等荣誉称号。中国电子学会会士,英国物理学会会士,国际无线电科学联盟中国委员会电子学与光子学委员会主席,中国密码学会量子密码专业委员会副主任委员,中国电子学会量子电子与光电子学分会副主任委员。

郭弘教授长期从事量子磁探、量子时频、量子密钥、量子开放系统与纠缠动力学等量子技术的理论、技术及应用研究,累计发表学术论文六百余篇,被引一万余次,授权专利五十余项,出版学术专著一部(《量子密码》),科研成果先后两次入选中国先进科技“十大进展”和“十二五”、“十三五”国家科技成就展。其主要成果有:国际首次实现无磁屏蔽情况下的高灵敏度脑磁探测、心磁探测,加速了该技术在生物医学重大应用方面的实用化进程;国际首次实现商用光纤链路三千公里贯通式高精度量子时频传递,使我国成为该领域全球率先进入千公里的国家;创造微波钟光纤时频传递世界纪录,为提升我国导航时频系统的覆盖范围、导航精度和安全性提供了核心技术支撑;实现连续变量量子通信世界最远光纤传输距离及全球首个城域连续变量量子通信应用示范。上述原创性成果的取得使我国在量子磁探和量子时频传递等核心量子技术实现完全自主可控。 

Brief Introduction of Professor Hong Guo

Prof. Hong Guo is now a Boya Distinguished Professor at Peking University, a recipient of the National Science Fund for Distinguished Young Scholars, Director of the Beijing Key Laboratory of Quantum Sensing and Precision Metrology, Director of the Research Center for Quantum Information Technology, and Dean of the Institute of Quantum Electronics. He serves as the Chief Scientist of Quantum Information Technology under National Plans, Principal Investigator/Chief Scientist of key projects funded by the National Natural Science Foundation of China, and a recipient of the Special Government Allowance of the State Council. Honors and awards include being selected in the first batch of the National Hundred, Thousand and Ten Thousand Talents Project in the New Century, National Excellent Postdoctoral Fellow, and the Mao Yisheng Beijing Youth Science and Technology Award. He is also a Fellow of the Chinese Institute of Electronics (CIE), a Fellow of the Institute of Physics (IOP, UK), Chairman of the Electronics and Photonics Committee of the Chinese National Committee of the International Union of Radio Science (URSI), Vice Chairman of the Quantum Cryptography Committee of the Chinese Cryptology Association, and Vice Chairman of the Quantum Electronics and Optoelectronics Branch of the Chinese Institute of Electronics.

Prof. Hong Guo has been intensively engaged in quantum science and technology and related researches. His research areas cover a broad range of quantum technologies, such as quantum magnetic sensing, quantum key distribution and quantum random number generation, quantum secure time-frequency transfer, etc. He has made vast contributions and achievements in these areas and, in particular, he succeeded in recoding the magnetic signals of brain and heart in unshielded environment for the first time worldwide. This breakthrough makes magnetoencephalography (MEG), magnetocardiography (MCG), and even magnetoencephcardiograhy (MECG) more feasible in the future and opens a new broad pathway for widespread quantum magnetometry based medical applications.
