Modification of Isoindigo and its Application in Organic Semiconductors

内容摘要:

异靛蓝是有机光电材料重要的电子受体单元,在有机场效应晶体管、有机太阳能电池材料中研发中有着重要的研究价值。但其自身仍然存在着拉电子能力不够强、平面性有待提高的缺点。针对这些问题,报告人通过对其进行异构化、引入缺电子杂环代替苯环等手段,来改善其光电特性,合成了苯并萘啶二酮、噻唑异靛蓝、嘧啶异靛蓝等具有独创结构的受体单元,有效地增强了其拉电子能力,改善了平面性,合成了一系列具有优良双极性传输性能的高分子有机场效应晶体管材料。

个人简介:


万晓波,男,19735月生,。2000年获南京大学高分子化学和物理本科学位。 2008年获University of Pennsylvania有机化学博士学位。2010-2018年任中国科学院青岛生物能源与过程所研究员,学术带头人,入选中国科学院百人计划。2019年起至今任江汉大学光电材料与技术学院教授,博士生导师,光电化学材料与器件教育部重点实验室常务副主任。主要研究方向包括1)高性能有机场效应晶体管器件材料;2)仿生功能材料;3)聚氨酯功能材料。先后承担多项国家自然科学基金面上项目、中科院院地合作项目、武汉市科技局项目、以及企业合作项目十余项;在JACSChem. Mater.Chem.CommunMacromoleculesMacromol. Rapid Comm.等杂志发表论文及综述70余篇,申请美国专利2项、中国专利20余项;所设计合成的新型高性能聚氨酯防水涂料已在地铁工程、南水北调工程中实现应用。
