报告摘要:

Recently, metal halide perovskites of the composition ABX3 (A = Cs+, CH3NH3+ (MA) or NH=CHNH3+ (FA), B = Pb or Sn, X = Br, I), have attracted strong research interest due to their outstanding photovoltaic properties. Here we report for the first time on a perovskite solar cell (PSC) employing a new PbI2 enriched composition that exhibits both very high solar to electric power conversion efficiency and intense electroluminescence. With the addition of inorganic cesium, the resulting triple cation perovskite compositions are thermally more stable, contain less phase impurities and are less sensitive to processing conditions. To fasten the practical development of perovskite solar cells, we introduce a simple vacuum-flash solution processing method to fabricate solar cells with an aperture area exceeding 1 cm2 showing a maximum efficiency of 20.5 % and a certified PCE of 19.6. This exceeds by far the current certified record of 15.6 % for PSC of similar size. The success of this new approach paves the way to realize highly efficient large-area PSCs for practical deployment.

报告人简介:

毕冬勤,瑞士洛桑联邦理工大学Michael Graetzel 教授组博士后。主要从事高效率钙肽矿太阳能电池的制作和相关的理论研究工作。因其掌握了当前世界一流的钙肽矿电池制作技术,曾先后在Newport 认证两次世界纪录的小面积(0.1 cm2, 21.02%)和大面积的钙肽矿太阳能电池(1cm2,19.6%)。目前已在国际知名期刊上发表该领域相关论文20余篇, 其中采用真空法工艺制作大面积钙肽矿电池的工作已在Science 上发表,对该领域钙肽矿电池的应用起到了很大的推动作用。
