报告人简介:郭飞,男,1986年1月出生,本科毕业于湖南城市学院化学工程与工艺专业,2011年获得湖南大学高分子材料硕士学位,2015年9月于德国爱尔兰根-纽伦堡大学取得博士学位。博士期间主要从事有机太阳能电池的研究工作,在可溶液加工的有机光电器件,大面积光伏组件以及新型叠层器件领域取得系列研究成果。
报告摘要:Due to their inherent semitransparency, organic photovoltaics cells (OPV) are an ideal candidate for integration in glass windows or other elements in buildings. The first part of the presentation will focus on the development of fully printed organic solar cells and large-area modules. Using silver nanowires as both the electron- and the hole-collecting electrode, we firstshow fully solution-processed OPV cells with all the layers deposited by doctor-blading. In a further step towards up-scaling, we have successfully fabricated semitransparent modules with an area of 8cm x 8cm employing ultra-fast laser patterning.
The efficiency of single-junction solar cells is limited by two major losses mechanisms: the sub-band gap transmission and thethermalization of hot charge carriers. Tandem solar cells usingdifferent bandgapabsorbersstacked in series or parallel arethe most relevant architectures to overcome these limitations. In this part, we firstpresent solution processed parallel tandem organic solar cells using silver nanowires (AgNWs) as the intermediate charge collecting electrode, andthen propose a novel triple-junction architecturethatintegrates a combined series/parallel interconnection.
