关于举行维尔茨堡大学何涛博士学术报告的通知



题目:Organic single crystal FETs – anisotropy, polymorphs and stereoisomerism

Abstract.
Physical properties of active materials built up from small molecules are dictated by their molecular packing in the solid state. Although lots of effects have been given to understand charge transport in organic thin-film devices, many issues/mysteries have been left. However, organic single crystals with perfect molecular order are free of grain boundaries on relevant length scales and ideally suited for the investigation of the intrinsic properties – correlate charge transport in respect to molecular arrangement.
 
Three topic for this speech:
1)Three-Dimensional Charge Transport (different charge transport directions in the same molecular packing structure)
2)Cl2‑NDI polymorphs (the same molecule with different packing structures)
3)Stereoisomerism(chirality induced different chemical structures)
