 招聘岗位

 一、海外销售工程师（光伏玻璃 / 浮法玻璃 / 汽车原片玻璃）

 岗位职责

 1、协助区域销售团队完成订单全流程管理，包括商务文件处理、生产进度跟踪、订单录入与跟进、发货数据整理、收款情况追踪、售后服务文件处理等；

 2、维护客户关系，整理客户档案及销售数据，定期输出分析报表；

 3、开展市场调研，收集行业信息，拓展新客户并维护现有客户数据。

 任职要求

 1、2025或2026届本科及以上学历毕业生，无机非金属材料、商务、营销等相关专业或具备国际贸易知识者优先；

 2、熟练使用办公软件，具备良好的数据整理能力；

 3、责任心强，服从管理，能高效完成分配任务；

 4、积极主动，善于沟通，抗压能力强，对销售工作充满热情，愿意在玻璃行业长期发展，适应出差。

 5、该岗位面向非中国籍留学生，具备基础中文沟通能力，英文及母语熟练。

 面向以下国家留学生：

 二、马来西亚（西马/东马）生产基地管培生

 （物流、商务、采购、财务、行政、人力、品控、制造、机械、电气、环保、安全、内控等）

 岗位职责

 根据公司管培生培训计划，分配到各部门进行培训学习与工作，协助基地各部门全流程管理；

 任职要求

 1、2025或2026届本科及以上学历毕业生，专业不限，结合公司业务需求，根据专业和意向匹配部门和岗位；

 2、熟练使用办公软件，具备良好的数据整理能力；

 3、责任心强，服从管理，能高效完成分配任务；

 4、积极主动，善于沟通，抗压能力强，愿意与公司共谋发展。

 招聘国籍：马来西亚（东马生产基地/西马生产基地）

 岗位职责

 Open Positions

 I. Overseas Sales Engineer

 (Photovoltaic Glass / Float Glass / Automotive Raw Glass)

 Key Responsibilities

 - Assist the regional sales team in managing the full order process, including handling commercial documents, tracking production progress, entering and following up orders, organizing shipping data, tracking payment collections, and processing after-sales service documentation.

 - Maintain customer relationships, organize customer files and sales data, and generate periodic analytical reports.

 - Conduct market research, gather industry intelligence, expand customer base, and maintain existing customer data.

 Qualifications

 - Bachelor’s degree or above, expecting to graduate in 2025 or 2026. Majors in inorganic non-metallic materials, business, marketing, or related fields, or candidates with knowledge of international trade, are preferred.

 - Proficient in office software with strong data organization skills.

 - Strong sense of responsibility, able to follow guidance and complete tasks efficiently.

 - Proactive, with excellent communication skills and resilience under pressure; passionate about sales, willing to pursue long-term development in the glass industry, and adaptable to business travel.

 - This position is open to non-Chinese nationals. Candidates must possess basic Chinese communication skills and be proficient in both English and their native language(s).

 II. Management Trainee – Malaysia Production Base

 (East Malaysia or West Malaysia)

 Specializations: Logistics, Procurement, Finance, Administration, HR, Quality Control, Manufacturing, Mechanical, Electrical, Environmental, Safety, Internal Control, etc.

 Key Responsibilities

 In accordance with the company’s management trainee program, selected candidates will be assigned to various departments for training and hands-on learning, contributing to the full-process management of the base’s operations.

 Qualifications

 - Bachelor’s degree or above, expecting to graduate in 2025 or 2026. All majors are welcome; candidates will be matched with departments and positions according to their academic background and interests.

 - Proficient in office software.

 - Strong sense of responsibility, able to follow guidance and complete tasks efficiently.

 - Self-motivated, detail-oriented, resilient under pressure, with strong communication skills and a commitment to long-term growth.

 - This position is open to Malaysian nationals. Candidates must have basic Chinese communication skills and be able to work in English.
