On April 7, 2024, Professor Lam Shan,Provost of Nanyang Technological University, led a delegation on a visit to ourschool for an exchange meeting. The delegation included renowned experts infields such as algebra and coding, notably Professor Chen Hao from JinanUniversity, a recipient of the National Science Fund for Distinguished YoungScholars, and Professor Liu Hongwei from Central China Normal University. Thedelegation was received by Professor Wen Huanyao, Dean of the School ofMathematical Sciences, along with other members of the school's leadership andfaculty representatives for discussions and exchanges.
Professor Wen Huanyao first extended awarm welcome to the experts for their visit and guidance. He then provided anoverview of the School, detailing its historical evolution, faculty profile,scientific research, educational programs, and international exchanges. He alsohighlighted the School's groundbreaking achievements in various disciplines inrecent years and elaborated on its current talent recruitment policies.
