Abstract：

The scalar curvature of a Riemannian metric is not only interesting in mathematics but also in physic. The scalar curvature bounded below and enlargeable length-structure will be defined on a topological  manifold. Then we will show that some of Davis' exotic aspherical manifolds don't admit a Riemannian metric with positive scalar curvature.
