Abstract：

      Isogeometric analysis (IGA) has recently become a hotspot in numerical analysis and geometric modelingcommunities, since it integrates two related disciplines: Finite Element Analysis (FEA) and Computer Aided Design (CAD). IGA possesses significant advantages over the traditional finite element method, which include higher regularity of the isogeometric discretizations of PDEs, enhanced robustness in a number of practical applications and improved accuracy of the obtained numerical solutions. However, the difficulty of constructing a high-quality domain parameterization constitutes a bottleneck in isogeometric numerical simulations. In this talk, I will introduce our recent progress on this topic. These works are jointly with Falai Chen.
