In charge of undergraduate teaching and undergraduate practical teaching; oversees the work of each discipline teaching and research section and the undergraduate teaching practice center.

In charge of scientific research (including base construction); oversees foreign affairs, equipment and asset management, fire safety, training work, and the Law Library.
