On September 19, a delegation of the Illinois Institute of Technology led by Prof. John Bilson, Dean of the Stuart School of Business, visited SCUT to engage in further discussions on “3+2” programs. Vice President Qiu Xueqing greeted the guests at Liwu Science & Technology Building.
