On August 7, a delegation lead by Governor Ma Xingrui investigated Sino-Singapore Guangzhou Knowledge City and visited Sino-Singapore joint International Research Institute. The delegation was joined by member of the standing committee of the CPC Guangdong Provincial Committee Zhang Shuofu, Vice Governor Ouyang Weimin, Mayor Wen Guohui, member of the standing committee of the CPC Guangzhou Municipal Committee Zhou Yawei and other leaders. Vice President Qiu Xueqing provided guests with an introduction of the institute’s background, mode of operation, and vision of development.
