Founded in November 2012 on SCUT’s University Town Campus, Sino-America Innovation College Between SCUT-RU (SAIC) is an international school co-established by SCUT and top North American universities, including Rutgers University in New Brunswick, N.J.SAIC has been actively working to combine the high-quality educational resources of its partner universities in North America to build a Sino-foreign cooperative school-running brand with distinctive characteristics.
