报告内容:
The growing use of distributed renewable energy sources, storage systems, electric vehicles, and flexible loads istransforming the way electrical distribution networks are planned and operated.Local energy communities can play an important role in this transition if theyare properly integrated into the power system. This presentation discusses the technical challenges of operating active distribution networks, including flexibility management, voltage control, and coordinating distributed energy resources. Particular attention is devoted to an optimization procedure thatlinks community-level day-ahead scheduling, active and reactive power exchanges among community members, and distribution-system voltage control.Reactive-power flexibility margins are derived from the economically optimal community schedule, accounting for device limits, battery constraints,power-factor penalties, and internal transaction settlement. The distribution system operator then uses these margins in a voltage optimization model that coordinates community flexibility with on-load tap changer operation while satisfying network constraints.
