报告摘要：

The current world is experiencing global warming due to the high concentration of carbon dioxide in the atmosphere, caused by human industrialization. This global warming is causing various detrimental effects in our daily lives, and we are now facing the imperative need to address it. As a result, humanity must conduct research to reduce and utilize carbon dioxide in the atmosphere. In this seminar, I will introduce new research endeavors aimed at efficiently utilizing carbon dioxide and present methods for producing clean energy in the form of green hydrogen. Furthermore, I will also introduce fuel cells that utilize hydrogen or hydrocarbons.

报告人简介：

        GUNTAE KIM为韩国蔚山国家科学技术研究院教授。2020年入选中国科学院国际人才计划（PIFI），担任中国科学院上海应用物理研究所研究员。主要从事固体氧化物燃料电池、固体氧化物电解池、固态电化学、质子导体氧化物和聚合物燃料电池等研究。担任The Innovation, ChemNanoMat, Frontiers in Energy Research, Progress in Energy & Fuels, ChemElectroChem等杂志编委。在Nat. Mater.，J. Am. Chem. Soc.，Angew. Chem. Int. Ed.等高水平杂志上发表学术论文140篇，申请专利135项。
