报告人简介:
严波现为浙江省化工研究院氟碳化学品研发和技术中心工程师。他于2016年博士毕业于清华大学,之后在浙江省化工研究院从事博士后研究工作。他的研究方向为环境保护和可再生能源转化过程中的多相催化研究,包括新型含氟精细化学品的催化合成,生物质平台分子的增值转化,酸碱催化,分子筛催化等。他在ACS Catalysis、ChemSusChem、Green Chemistry等期刊上发表研究论文11篇,申请发明专利6项,获得第十六届世界催化大会青年科学家奖。
报告的摘要:
Development of high-performance solid acid catalysts for chemicals and materials production from biomass feedstock has become an important research topic in heterogeneous catalysis for renewable energy and green chemistry. As a bio-derived platform molecule, lactic acid can be dehydrated to acrylic acid, which is an important intermediate for a number of key chemicals and materials. Research efforts to develop highly efficient and selective solid acid-base catalysts for this lactic acid-to-acrylic acid (LTA) reaction would entitle a green and sustainable alternative to current commercial acrylic acid production technology based on petroleum. In this talk, I will introduce the catalytic performance of various K+-exchanged zeolites (ZSM-22, ZSM-35, MCM-22, ZSM-11, ZSM-5, ZSM-5/ZSM-11 and β) for the gas-phase dehydration of lactic acid to produce acrylic acid, and discuss the effects of zeolite type (or framework structure), K+ exchange degree and SiO2/Al2O3 ratio.Discussion of the correlation between the catalyst acid–base properties and product selectivity of the LTA reaction will be also presented.
