1.发挥企业优势,共同开发国际化课程
面对中国高校学生、相关企业人员、权威机构成员进行安全工艺培训,采用联合培训模式,课程不仅面对我院研究生、本科生,同时邀请相关石化企业人员、权威机构成员一同进行安全工艺培训,每期80--140人左右。在华工,该课程已列入化学工程与工艺学分选修课。详细操作规程见附件1。
2.开展校企毕业论文双导师制指导
公司提供切合实际需要的毕业论文题目10个,每年11月份在中心网站公布,由院内教师和学生进行申报,由企业配备工程师进行联合指导。本活动旨在鼓励学生结合所学专业知识,积极开展化工安全工艺的调查和研究,培养学生的工程安全意识及解决安全问题的能力。具体操作规程见附件2.
3、小额资助学生企业项目研究
每年11月份在大学三年级的学生中开展小额资助研究项目的申报,每年提供10个左右的项目,由教师和学生进行申报,视研究需要在校内或企业完成。研究项目可以延伸充当大四时的毕业论文,也可以参加高校环保科技创意设计大赛等大型比赛。具体操作参照毕业论文资助项目,并同期进行。
4、校企合作举行安全工艺论坛
发挥道达尔集团及本专业的优势,共同邀请中石油、中石化等相关企业、高校研究人员每年在实践基地举行安全工艺论坛,共同探讨安全工艺最新技术,共享经验及解决方案,拓展高校学生行业视野及未来就业优质渠道。具体操作规程见附件3.
5、校企合作共建实践基地网站
通过网站,推广安全理念,共享工程案例、培训材料和技术资源。网站对其他企业、其他高校学生开放,一方面扩大实践基地影响,一方面让更多学生及企业人士受益。
6、建立国内实习基地
集团国内实习基地:道达尔佛山工厂、波士胶(中国)粘合剂有限公司、安美特(中国)化学有限公司作为中心实习基地,为学生提供5-20个实习岗位。并在相关实习单位挂牌“华南理工大学化学与化工学院学生实习基地”。
7、建立海外实习基地
为进一步拓展学生的国际化视野及国际交往能力,集团香港及马来西亚工厂每年接受2-4名学生到工厂就安全工艺等工程实践问题进行实习,每年暑假进行,为期1-2个月。路费由学生自负,在工厂期间由企业提供住宿及生活便利。
Center practice content
1:Taking the company’s advantage, exploit international curriculum together
Carrying out safety technology training to college students, relevant corporate executives, members of the authority in China, adopting joint training mode, the curriculum is not only aiming at our college graduates and undergraduate, but also the petrochemical enterprises personnel, members of the authority will be invited to carry out the security technology training,80 - 140 people every period. In South China University of Technology, the curriculum has been included in the Chemical Engineering and Technology credit elective course. The detailed operating rules are listed appendix 1.
2:Carrying out school-enterprise dissertation dual-tutorial system guidance
The company provides 10 actually needed dissertation topics and announces on its center website in November every year, then the college teachers and students apply and the company allocate engineers to joint guiding. The purpose of this activity is to encourage students to combine the expertise, actively carry out surveys and research of the chemical safety process, to train the students of engineering safety awareness and the ability to solve security problems. The detailed operating rules are listed in appendix 2.
3:Micro-financing student enterprise project
Carrying out 10 Micro-financing small research projects for thejuniorstudents every year and applied by teachers and students, determining to complete them in schools or the factory according to the research needs. Research project can be extended to graduation dissertation, and be used to participate in major competitions such as University Environmental Protect Science and Technology Creative Design Competition. Specific operations can be referred to the dissertation funded projects and performing simultaneously.
4:School-enterprise cooperation to hold security technology forum
Taking the advantages of Total Group and chemistry engineering discipline together, invite companies of PetroChina, Sinopec and other related enterprise, university researchers to attend the annually security technology forum to discuss the latest security technology, share experiences and solutions, and to expand university students’ industry perspective and the future high-quality employment channels. Specific operating procedures are listed in appendix 3.
5:School-enterprise cooperation to build a practice base website
To promote the safety concept, share the project case, training materials and technical resources through the website. The website is open to other companies and other universities’ students to expand the practice base, at the same time benefit more students and company staffs.
6:Establishment of a domestic practice base
Total Group domestic practice base: Total’s Foshan factory, Bostik (China) Adhesives Ltd. and Atotech (China) Chemical Co., Ltd. are determined as central practice bases, to provide students 5-20 internship positions. Those relevant practice bases will be listed as “students practice base of School of Chemistry and Chemical Engineering South China University of Technology”.
7:Establishment of overseas internship base
In order to further expand students' international perspective and international communications ability, the Total Group's Hong Kong and Malaysia factories accept 2-4 students every year to theinternship on the issue of security technology and engineering practices, a period of 1-2 months during the summer vacation. The students are responsible for their own travel expenses, and the companies provide them with accommodation and living facilities in the factory.
