In this talk, I will introduce our soon-to-launch research title from Nature Portfolio: Nature Chemical Engineering. I will delve into the reasons behind its timely launch and share our early plans for the journal, providing our team's view on chemical engineering research.

From an editor's standpoint, I will introduce the manuscript's journey-from submission to publication-with a specific focus on the editorial processes at Nature Portfolio journals. I'll elaborate on the standout features editors are seeking in both papers and cover letters. The Nature Portfolio encompasses a wide variety of article types. Extending beyond primary research papers, I'll explain our article types along with the roles of editors and the opportunities available for authors.

Join me as we explore the exciting prospects and unique aspects of Nature Chemical Engineering, with the aim of setting new standards in the dissemination of chemical engineering research.

报告人简介

Mo joined Springer Nature in January 2020 as an Editor at Nature Communications, handling manuscripts in broad energy storage. She moved to Nature Chemical Engineering as a Launch/Senior Editor in June 2023. Mo received her PhD from Queen Mary University of London before taking a postdoctoral research position at Imperial College London. Mo has a background in chemical engineering and materials science. Her research interests include energy materials and their applications in energy storage and conversion systems.
