On June 24th, the 7th Conference of 15th Automation General Youth League Branch and Postgraduate Union Branch Committee was held in the conference room of Building 3 at 7 p.m. The main content of the conference was to summarize the work of this month and to make a prospect for this academic year.
The conference was chaired by Xiong ZhaoLong. The first part of the conference reported the summary of activities by responsible person, the activities of this month mainly carried out by the sports ministry and practice ministry, including " Dormitory Cup Basketball Competition", " College Table Tennis Competition", “Simulation Group” ,"Walk Into HuaWei "and a variety of academic lectures. The second part of conference process was the Selection of Star of Postgraduate Union branch in this semester. 10 students achieved this honor, which includes Lou Dandan, Liu XiaoCong, Chen Xuan, Liang Zhichao, Huang Ting, Wu Guanzhong, Shen ZeXing, Su Lili, He LingZhen, andMa Heming. The chairman presented the prizes and took photos for them. Finally, the representative of the presidium made a conclusion of the work in the past year and affirmed the efforts paid out by all the members of each department, and members made mutual communications and shared their own prospect and ideas for the future work.
The conference ended successfully. During the past one year, we not only learned a lot of practical experiences, but also became acquainted with many new friends.
