time: 2015-07-16

The Center for Brain Computer Interfaces and Brain Information Processing, South China University of Technology, was established in 2007. Our research capabilities are in the fields of signal processing, pattern recognition and machine learning algorithms, brain signal analysis (EEG, fMRI, etc), brain-computer interfaces, and fMRI-based study of the binding mechanism of auditory and visual information in human brain. The mission of the center is to advance the research on brain-computer interfaces and brain information processing, build up collaborations between neuroscience and engineering faculty at the South China University of Technology, and with local hospitals and industrial partners.
