Our Graduate Students Awarded in the first National Graduate Contest on Smart-City Technology and Creative Design

Three graduate students from the School of Automation Science and Engineering won the Second Prize in the National Graduate Contest on Smart-City Technology and Creative Design held in Beihang University this August.

The contest attracted more than 1200 graduate students from 71 universities and research institutes. It contains two parts, one is the Video Analysis Technology Challenge and the other is the Smart-City Creative Design. Under the supervision of Prof. Zhuliang Yu, a professor of the Center for Brain Computer Interface and Brain Information Processing, Qianyun Du, Runchu Zhang and Wengui Zhang were successfully shortlisted in the finals of the Video Analysis Challenge. Finally, Du’s team won the Second Prize and Prof. Yu was awarded Excellent Guide Teacher Award at the same time.
