| Biography | | Sun Zonghaireceived the M. Eng. degree, in Electrical Technology, from the Hubei University of technology, China, in 1997, the M. Eng. degree, in control theory and control engineer, from the Wuhan University of Auto technology, China, in 2000,and the Ph.D. degree from Zhejiang University, Singapore, in 2003. He worked as a postal doctor at the Zhejiang University, from 2003 to 2005, was promoted to be an associate Researcher in 2005. In2005, he joined the College of Automation Science and Engineering, South China University of Technology.His research interests includeintelligent control, pattern recognition. He has published more than 40 papers in international conferences and journals.He has been a reviewer for several prestigious journals (IEEE Transaction on Systems, Man,Cybernetics, Control Theory and Applications, ACTA Automatica Sinica, etc.) and conferences (ACC, ASCC, etc.). | Research Interests | Prof Yu's expertise areas are intelligent control, pattern recognition.
