Biography
Dr. Gu Zhenghui received the B. Eng. and M. Eng. degrees, both in electronic engineering, from the Nanjing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics, China, in 1996 and 1999, respectively, and the Ph.D. degree from Nanyang Technological University, Singapore, in 2003. From 2002 to 2008, She worked at the Institute for Infocomm Research of Singapore, first as a Research Fellow and then as a Senior Research Fellow. In 2008, she joined the College of Automation Science and Engineering, South China University of Technology, as an Associate Professor. Her research interests include signal processing and pattern classification, as well as their applications in brain information processing. She has published 39 peer-reviewed papers in international journals and conferences. She is a member of the IEEE.
Research Interests
Dr. Gu's expertise areas are signal processing, pattern recognition and intelligent system techniques. In particular, her current research work focuses on:
