The inventor of the world's first 2μm electroless plating Cu half-buried gate bus line structure 15 inches TFT LCD, the world’s first high-thick electroless plating Cu and organic leveling material back exposing structure 15 inches TFT LCD, the world’s first carbon nanotubes pixel structure 17 inches TFT LCD; And the coworker inventor of the world’s first oxidation semi-conductivity active layer structure 15 inches TFT LCD.

Main relative research fields include metal sputter (Al, Cu, Ti, Mo, Nd, Cr and their alloys), non-sputter methods (Cu and Ni plating), and Soda-lime glass and relative TFT technologies (CVD, Wet & Dry Etching and so on), Touch scanning panel material and structure development, Carbon nanotubes transparent conductivity, Doping ITO and IZO material, High carrier mobility oxidation semi-conductivity material.

1) 2006年与C.O. Jeong合作开发三星显示的纯铝电极量产液晶显示器

2) 2007年主持开发世界第一台化学镀Cu栅极15英寸液晶显示器

3) 2008年与J. H. Song合作开发了世界第一台2微米Cu电极液晶显示器

4) 2008年与J. H. Lee合作开发了世界第一台a-IGZO氧化物半导体15英寸液晶显示器

5) 2009年与S. H. Cho合作开发了DPSS激光区域晶化行驱动集成LTPS14.1英寸量产晶显示器

6) 2009年主持开发世界第一台负感光有机物平坦化厚Cu电极的15英寸液晶显示器

7) 2010年主持开发了世界第一台碳纳米管柔性像素电极17英寸液晶显示器

8)  2013年参与开发了中国首款全彩色金属氧化物半导体柔性AMOLED显示屏

9) 2016年参与开发了中国首款基于稀土掺杂氧化物TFT技术的全彩色量子点电致发光显示屏

10)2017年参与开发了中国首款用于汽车尾灯的柔性OLED照明面板
