刘志宏先生，1956年出生，香港大学电子电气工程博士。1990年至1993年，于加州大学伯克利分校电机工程与计算机科学系从事集成电路博士后研究；1993年至2001年，任BTA Technology,Inc.共同创始人、总裁、首席执行官；2001年至2003年，任Celestry Design Technology,Inc.总裁兼首席执行官；2003年至2010年，任铿腾电子全球副总裁；2006年12月至今，任ProPlus共同创始人、董事；2010年5月至今，历任概伦有限及公司董事长；现任公司董事长。

Mr. Liu Zhihong was born in 1956 and holds a Ph.D. in Electronic and Electrical Engineering from the University of Hong Kong. From 1990 to 1993, he conducted postdoctoral research in Integrated Circuits at the Department of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science at the University of California, Berkeley. From 1993 to 2001, he served as the co-founder, president, and CEO of BTA Technology, Inc. From 2001 to 2003, he was the president and CEO of Celestry Design Technology, Inc. From 2003 to 2010, he served as the global vice president of Cadence Design Systems.

Since December 2006, Mr. Liu Zhihong has been serving as a co-founder and director of ProPlus. From May 2010 to the present, he has been the chairman of Gallant Limited and its subsidiaries, currently holding the position of chairman of the company.
