郑海法出生于云梦县清明河乡。作为创业者的优秀代表，郑海法1987年从华南理工大学毕业后，怀揣梦想进入武汉一家国营厂担当技术骨干。他于1995年辞职下海，保持着创新创业的激情和毅力，于1996年10月注册成立湖北开特传感技术有限公司（开特股份的前称）。经过20多年在汽车电子行业的深耕与发展，开特股份研发生产的主要产品传感器、功率模块、执行器、控制器等在细分市场处于国内领先地位，其中温度传感器的市场份额在国内排名第一，为奥迪、大众、福特、日产、一汽、东风、上汽等众多汽车品牌直接或间接配套，成为全球知名汽车热系统供应商的电子零部件重点供应商，是湖北汽车电子行业“隐形冠军”，曾入围第三批国家级专精特新“小巨人”企业。

Zheng Haifa was born in Qingminghe Township, Yunmeng County. As an outstanding representative of entrepreneurs, Zheng Haifa graduated from South China University of Technology in 1987 with dreams in his heart. He joined a state-owned factory in Wuhan as a technical backbone. In 1995, he resigned from his job to venture into entrepreneurship. With passion and perseverance for innovation and entrepreneurship, he registered Hubei Kaitte Sensor Technology Co., Ltd. (formerly known as Kaitte Corporation) in October 1996.

After more than 20 years of dedication and development in the automotive electronics industry, Kaitte Corporation's main products, including sensors, power modules, actuators, and controllers, have achieved a leading position in the domestic market segments. Among them, the market share of temperature sensors ranks first domestically. Kaitte Corporation directly or indirectly supplies to many automotive brands such as Audi, Volkswagen, Ford, Nissan, FAW, Dongfeng, and SAIC, becoming a key supplier of electronic components for globally renowned automotive thermal system suppliers. It is a hidden champion in the automotive electronics industry in Hubei and was shortlisted as one of the third batch of national-level specialized, refined, distinctive, and innovative little giant enterprises.
