李斌,香港大学博士毕业,现任华南理工大学微电子学院副院长、教育部国家集成电路人才培养基地负责人、教育部电工电子基础课程教学指导分委员会委员、广东省本科高校电子信息类专业教学指导委员会主任委员、IEEE电子器件分社广州分部副主席。研究方向为:模拟/射频集成电路设计、生物医学专用集成电路设计、集成电路可靠性设计、芯片集成系统。主持或承担国家、省部级科研项目20 余项,带领团队承担企业横向合作项目30余项,在重要学术刊物和国际会议上发表论文100余篇,获国家发明专利授权35件,集成电路布图专利授权5件。
Li Bin, Ph.D. from the University of Hong Kong, is currently vice-dean of the School of Microelectronics at South China University of Technology, head of the National Integrated Circuit Talent Training Base of the Ministry of Education, member of the Steering Committee of the Ministry of Education's Electrical Electronic Basic Courses, chairman of the Guangdong Undergraduate Teaching Steering Committee of Electron and Information majors, and vice chairman of the Guangzhou chapter of the IEEE Electronic Devices Society. The research fields are: analog/RF integrated circuit design, biomedical-specific integrated circuit design, integrated circuit reliability design, IC integration system. She has been in charge of more than 20 national, provincial and ministerial-level scientific research projects, leaded the team to undertake more than 30 enterprise cooperation projects, published more than 100 papers in important academic journals and international conferences, obtained 35 granted patents and 5 layout patents.
