Speaker's Bio:
Mr. Xu Wei, a Professor-level Senior Engineer, currently serves as the President of Guangdong Xinneng Semiconductor Co., Ltd. He is also a part-time professor at South China University of Technology and holds positions as the Executive Vice President of the Guangdong Semiconductor Association and Vice President of the Guangzhou Semiconductor Association. Previously, Mr. Xu served as the Party Secretary and Executive Vice President of Shanghai Huahong Grace Semiconductor, as well as the Secretary-General of the Shanghai Integrated Circuit Industry Association. With over 30 years of dedication to the semiconductor industry, President Xu has accumulated profound managerial and practical experience in large-scale manufacturing of integrated circuit chips, quality management, talent development, and technological innovation. He played a key role in the construction of the 75 and 908 projects for the original Huajing Group, participated in the construction and operation of the first 8-inch integrated circuit production line 909 project in China, and led the planning, construction, and production of the 12-inch integrated circuit production line in Wuxi. He has received numerous national, provincial, and municipal awards and was the first contributor to the National Science and Technology Progress Second Prize and the Shanghai Science and Technology Progress First Prize.
